By making a purchase on our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Digital Products (PDF Training Guides)

We offer digital products in the form of downloadable PDF training guides, available as one-time purchases at the following price points:

  • Individual Guide: $9.99
  • Comprehensive Guide Bundle: $44.99

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of PDF training guides are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or the download link has been made available to you.

Exceptions

We may issue a refund for digital products in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading the product (e.g., corrupted file, broken download link), and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate charge.
  • Product Not as Described: If the product you received materially differs from its description on our Site.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer the following recurring subscription plans:

  • DataMED Premium: $24.99/month

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at consult@datamedconsulting.com. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits for the remainder of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew at the end of that period.

Partial Billing Period Refunds

We do not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, but no prorated refund will be issued.

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase or renewal. To be eligible, you must submit your refund request within this 7-day window by contacting us at consult@datamedconsulting.com. Upon approval, your subscription will be cancelled and access will be revoked.

3. Consulting Services

Refund terms for consulting engagements are determined on a case-by-case basis and are governed by the specific scope of work, contract, or service agreement executed between you and DataMED Consulting prior to the commencement of work.

If no separate agreement is in place, the following general terms apply:

  • Before Work Begins: If you cancel a consulting engagement before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund of any advance payment, minus any non-refundable deposit or administrative fees outlined at the time of booking.
  • After Work Has Begun: Once consulting work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed to date. Any deliverables already provided will remain your property.
  • Disputes: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of consulting services, we encourage you to contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue before requesting a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us by email at consult@datamedconsulting.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and the email address associated with your purchase.
  • The date of purchase and the product or service for which you are requesting a refund.
  • Your order confirmation number or Stripe receipt ID (if available).
  • A brief description of the reason for your refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days to confirm whether your refund has been approved or to request additional information.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please note that DataMED Consulting is not responsible for any delays caused by your financial institution in processing the refund to your account.

6. Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us directly at consult@datamedconsulting.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly and fairly.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays in resolution and may lead to the suspension of your account and access to our services while the dispute is under review.

7. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and post the revised policy on our Site. Changes will apply to purchases made after the updated policy takes effect. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
